In-house high-speed CNC (MAKINO 24,000 RPM), mirror and slow-wire EDM machining mold cavities in P20 / NAK80 / S136 steel to ±0.008 mm — and cold-runner LSR tooling down to ±0.005 mm on the shut-off and gate features that actually control sealing and fill (e.g. a medical diaphragm seal lip, a breathing-mask cushion edge) — with a polished, flash-free surface finish.

One Engineering Team, From Concept to Container
Founded in 2004 and based in Dongguan, China, we run the complete silicone product journey under one roof — so a single engineering team owns your project from first sketch to final export. In-house tooling, solid silicone compression molding, LSR injection molding, engineering-plastic injection molding, finishing, inspection and assembly are all our own, with CYES SILICONE managing DFM and quality end to end.
Unlike general contract manufacturers that split their attention across every material, we go deep on silicone rubber while also running rubber and engineering-plastic molding in-house — so you get specialist depth plus the ability to combine materials into one product. That depth is why we machine to ±0.008 mm, hold it to measured Cpk, and document it in an audit-ready pack. When you go deep on one material family for 20 years, the depth shows up in every part.
